Student Government Elections Held

Elections for STUGO offices were held on May 6, 2008 for the 2008-2009 school year. There were 3 candidates for president: Drew McVey, Tina Ratcliff, and Andrew Rawlings. For Vice President there were 2 candidates: Shelby Buster and Logan Barker. Jenna Glazier ran unopposed for Secretary and Tera Titus also ran unopposed for Treasurer. 

All the candidates led very successful campaigns. They all made posters and put them all around the school. Most of them also tried to bribe everyone with candy and food also. One candidate handed out sunglasses and another one handed out tape measures.  

The new President is Tina Ratcliff, the Vice-President is Shelby Buster, the Secretary is Jenna Glazier, and the Treasurer is Tera Titus. Congratulations and thanks to all that made this election exciting.
