Elementary School Playday 2008

Playday for the Elementary school was held on Thursday May 8. After much speculation on the weather it ended up being a perfect sunny day. The classes moved around to different "stations" and competed. The field events were the high strike, jump rope, punt, pass & kick, soccer obstacle, Frisbee throw, sack race, three-legged race, and softball throw.  The running events were 800M, 400M, 200M, 80M, 40M, and 40M jump rope race. The school nurse, Willa Fankhauser and EMT Nancy McClelland were there to supply water and sunblock. Mr. Griffin and his Jr/High school helpers made this a terrific and enjoyable day.
